All the Coffee used at Woodmill Coffee Kitchen is provided by Mozzo, a Hampshire based business dedicated to crafting exceptional coffee sourced from natural, environmentally friendly growers.
Founded in 2005, Mozzo have dedicated their existence to making the world a brighter place through the magic of coffee. Whether it's their pledge towards high quality, naturally sourced ingredients or their social impact initiatives, to which they pledge a percentage of every cup they sell, Mozzo is company worth following, and one which we're proud to associate our values with.
90% of the meat used in our dishes comes from the Considerate Carnivore, a Hampshire based butchers and meat provider, sourcing their product from high welfare British regenerative farms.
They are supplying us high quality, grass-fed, outdoor reared, free range British meat, butchered using traditional methods and hand selected from farms that care.
They also believe in transparency, a value we share, which is especially vital in the food industry, so knowing where the meat we serve and consume comes from was a major factor in our established relationship with the Considerate Carnivore Butchers.
